Jesus and His disciples celebrated Passover. He took the bread and said that it was his body given for you. He took the cup and said it was His blood shed for you (Luke 22:19-20). He told His disciples that they were to do this in remembrance of Him. So we celebrate communion to remember.
But I want to remind you why He did all that He did.
Why? FOR YOU! His body for you! His blood for you! He loved you so much, He did it for you. I believe if you had been the only one to accept Jesus He would have done it for YOU!
